Welcome!
Hello! Welcome to my online portfolio!
Feel free to browse through my works by using the tabs above this post accordingly to their categories. Or you can follow the tags on the left side column under " Labels".
My name is Audrey Au and am currently residing in Malaysia and pursuing a career in the art industry. This particular blog will be a reservoir of my artworks ranging from traditional art, 2D and 3D art pieces that I have done. I graduated from The One Academy of Communication Design and majored in Digital Animation in Oct 2008. The following posts are mostly regarding my artworks and my experiments while broadening my knowledge of art and styles. I have a lot of interest in digital painting. I'm pretty much still a novice, but I am willing to learn and push my limits in order to produce even better art in the near future.
Feel free to browse around and constructive criticism is much welcomed here! :)
I have previously worked in Vision Animation Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian production studio, as a junior texture artist and modeller, and during my time there, I have also worked on lighting.
I have also worked in Rhythm and Hues Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, as a Lighting Technical Director from 2010-2013.
The link below is a compilation of some shots I have worked on during my time in RnH.

NEWS
It's a great pleasure to share with all of you the achievements that we have garnered from our final project short film "Le Mannequin" . Recently, our project was elected to be one of the Top 9 finalists in BMW Shorties. Even though we did not win, we are proud of the fact that our film was the only animation to be selected to be one of the Top 9 amongst more experience film makers in the local industry. It's a great achievement for us as well as a recognition for animation in the local scene.
Not only that, I had been informed by my group mate that not only Le Mannequin is very well accepted by Malaysian viewers, even viewers from France are loving it as well. You can find out more about reviews and comments on the short film following the link below as compiled by my fellow team member, Tsae Yen.
Note to Tsae Yen: Thanks for the compilation! :D
